GENERAL
COURSE OUTLINE:
You will learn the
professional way of figure piping.
You will learn all
facets of assorted steps to achieve your characters.
The Body: A variety of
different styles & faces to fit any occasion including
the arms, legs, feet, body, eyes, nose and
ears.
Clothing: Instructions
on how to dress your characters to fit the event, including bathing
suits, vests, shirts, top coats, sock shoes hats etc.
Hints: Many hints and
techniques I have learned over the years.
You will learn how to :
mix different colors for
special characters.
be able to take your entire work home with you. use the airbrush correctly &
how to care for it.
correct procedures for
fancy writing on cakes.
You will be given icing recipes for Figure Piping. We will also have a question and
answer period.
You will be given
many hints & techniques Ive learned over the years.
A
CERTIFICATE OF AWARD will be presented to each student upon completion
of the course.
Register at least 4
weeks prior to the first scheduled class date, as classes may be
cancelled if the minimum enrollment of 10 students is not met.
Registration must be
accompanied with tuition. (No Exceptions)
Your list of supplies
needed for the class will be available upon registration.

Class
Hours: 10:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. Classes start promptly on time.

Four day
class fee is $160.00
|
|
NOTE; Cake decorators interested in
taking the class should have a minimal of intermediate cake decorating
experience. Our Figure Piping class requires complete tube
control, and is definitely not for beginners.
